Located at the intersection of Sharon Amity and Independence Boulevard, the East Charlotte office is equipped with ten operating rooms and three hygiene rooms.

At this location, there are five doctors and three hygienists whose goal is to provide patients with complete dental
care, friendly service, and affordable prices. We employ staff members that speak English, Spanish, Russian, Yugoslavian, and Vietnamese. This office sees patients five years and older.

We are open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am- 5:00 pm and we see patients with emergencies on Friday mornings from 8:00 am-11:00 am.

Many families see us for consistent care throughout the year. Our staff is determined to help you whether it be through regular checkups or consultations about future procedures.

• At this location, we offer regular checkups for ages five and up. We recommend our patients come in for a check up twice a year to ensure healthy teeth and gums. During a regular cleaning, one of our hygienists will remove unwanted plaque, polish the teeth, and check for decay.


• We offer bleaching trays as well as the whitening gel to help you achieve the beautiful smile that you desire. We also fit patients for night guards, which protect teeth from grinding during sleep.


• At this office, we have an in-house dental laboratory with a full staff; this enables us to return your dentures and partials in a convenient and timely manner. Our staff will fit and make removable dentures and partials to ensure patients a young and healthy smile.


• Our doctors will also treat patients by removing decayed or bothersome teeth; we do crowns, bridges, and fillings.

Dr. Purdy earned his DMD at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been practicing for over fifteen years and has been with Dr. Walsh for eight.

Dr. Nguyen earned her DMD at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has been practicing for three years at this location.

Dr. Rao earned his DMD at New York University. He has practiced with Dr. Walsh over a year.

Beverly earned her dental hygiene degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has been practicing dental hygiene for forty years and has been at this location for five.

Janet earned her dental hygiene degree at Central Piedmont Community College. She has been practicing dental hygiene for five years at this location.

DeeDee earned her dental hygiene degree at West Virginia University Institute of Technology. She has been practicing dental hygiene for six years at this location.
